- Service Level Expectations (SLEs) – You can define and monitor wired SLEs for metrics such as throughput, successful connects, switch bandwidth, and switch health. This shifts the focus from device status to actual user and device experience.
- Dynamic packet capture & network rewind – The system can automatically capture packets at the time of an incident and store them in Mist. For deeper visibility, AI switch insight and Juniper Premium Analytics provide port-level views of CPU, memory, bytes transferred, traffic utilization, and power draw, along with extended trend data and analysis.
All of this is built on a microservices cloud architecture that delivers new enhancements and bug fixes almost weekly, without disrupting the network. Services scale elastically as needed, so you avoid the cost and complexity of monolithic hardware upgrades.
